A tragic air accident occurred this Friday August 9 2024 in the state of São Paulo, Brazil. An airliner carrying 62 people on board, including 58 passengers et four crew members, crashed near the town of Vineyard .
The device, a ATR 72-500 the company voepass, was carrying out a domestic flight connecting Cascavel at the international airport of Guarulhos in Sao Paulo.
According to initial information, there appears to be no no survivors among those on board. The Brazilian president Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva expressed condolences and said it appeared everyone on board had perished, although no official confirmation has yet been given.
