Stéphane Bern unveils the “French people’s favorite monument” 2024 this evening
On Wednesday, September 18, 2024, France 3 will reveal the winner of the 2024 edition of “Favorite monument of the French”Fourteen exceptional monuments, representing each region of France, are in the running to succeed the fortified castle of Sedan, crowned in 2023.
Among the finalists are jewels of French heritage, such as the Domaine de Trévarez (Brittany), the Château de Fontainebleau (Île-de-France), and the Circuit des 24 Heures du Mans (Pays de la Loire). Other emblematic sites such as the Belfry of Douai (Hauts-de-France) and the Royal Saltworks of Arc-et-Senans (Bourgogne-Franche-Comté) are also in the selection.
Viewers who voted this summer will discover the big winner during a special evening hosted by Stéphane Bern from the Château de Rambouillet, itself a place steeped in history.
The suspense will end at 21 p.m. this Wednesday, with the announcement of the French people's favorite monument for the year 2024.
